2. Privacy-First Architecture

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, camera feeds, or app usage history to external servers.

PushBlock is architected around strict local privacy principles:

• We do not record, store, or transmit video or camera frames
• We do not upload or monitor your app usage history
• We do not require account creation, email registration, or logins
• All machine learning vision calculations occur 100% locally on your device

3. Camera Access & Real-Time AI Pose Processing

PushBlock requests access to your device's camera solely to track physical exercise repetitions (e.g., Push-ups, Squats, Crunches, Jumping Jacks):

• In-Memory Processing: Camera video frames are analyzed in real-time within volatile device memory to identify key body joints for rep counting.
• No Recording or Storage: No photos, videos, or camera recordings are saved to your disk or sent over the internet.
• Instant Frame Erasure: Each camera frame is immediately discarded from memory as soon as posture analysis for that frame completes.

4. App Blocking & Device Permissions

To restrict access to selected apps until exercise requirements are satisfied, PushBlock utilizes standard operating system permissions:

• iOS (Screen Time & Family Controls): Enforces app restrictions via Apple's native Screen Time API. App blocking rules remain strictly within your device's secure enclave.
• Android (Accessibility Services & Usage Access): Detects when a designated blocked app is opened to display the exercise unlock overlay. PushBlock does not read form contents, keystrokes, messages, or sensitive screen data.

5. Third-Party Services

PushBlock integrates with select trusted third-party framework providers for subscription and purchase management:

• RevenueCat: Manages subscription validation and entitlement states. RevenueCat processes anonymous app user identifiers to verify purchase status. Review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store & Google Play Store: Handles in-app purchases and payments. Financial information is managed directly by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. We never receive or store your credit card or billing details.

6. Local Data Storage

All app settings, blocked app preferences, daily rep statistics, streak histories, and rank progression data are stored locally on your device using native encrypted key-value storage. Uninstalling PushBlock permanently deletes all local data from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

PushBlock is not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or regulatory adjustments. Revised policies will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of PushBlock following updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Managing Your Rights & Permissions

You retain full control over your device permissions at all times:

• Revoke Camera access anytime via iOS/Android System Settings
• Revoke Screen Time / Accessibility permissions in System Settings
• Delete the App to erase all local data immediately
• Manage or cancel subscriptions directly in Apple ID or Google Play account settings
